Change Default DIC Screen

I've searched and searched and couldn't find an answer to this. I'm sorry if I've just overlooked it.

I was wanting to see if there's a way to change the default DIC screen? It currently opens up to mpg and I have to manually change it to coolant temp every time. It ain't a huge deal if there's no way to change it I was just looking for any guidance. Thank you all in advance!

Huh, weird. Mine just flips back to MPG every time. I just have to hit the menu button to get it back to the coolant temp, so it's not a huge deal, more of a minor annoyance. Who wants to look like the guy who's keeping track of his MPG, ya know?

That is interesting. My 2011 SS seems to default to miles per hour.

I think......it may be a setting in the personalization menu. Does your car have the factory radio? If so navigate through the list of settings and select "Reset to Factory Settings" That should take care of it. If you don't have the factory radio, then you can't access the personalization function.

I have to change mine every single time I restart the car. I look and see if I can default it to coolant temp.
