That would be either GM GFX skirts or oem GM ZL1 skirts. The former are pretty hard to find as they have been discontinued for a long time. The latter are still readily available from GM.
First pic is the GFX skirts, second is the ZL1 skirts on the same car.
I have a set of nearly new ZL1 skirts for sale I’d make a deal on…

The best? The OEM ones, but good luck finding them at a decent price…I’m still looking…

I love my ACS T4 side rockers. Their fitment is spot on and they were easy to install (it would have been even easier with an extra set of hands though).

I also have their winglets, which honestly I was on the fence at first. But since they can be removed I went ahead installed them and never looked back. I will say they were a bit harder to install because I couldn't get the rivets to catch.

The OEM ZL1 rockers are what I have on mine, along with the rear lower quarter spats from 3D Carbon.

I’m surprised my insurance company even found a side of the OEM 10-13 GM GFX side rocker panel/skirt. I don’t think they’re painted, but I believe the prior owner of my car got them satin clear coated for extra protection.

Besides that, I did help someone go with the KBD rep rear bumper valence/diffuser and side skirts. They were both kind of a bitch to install, but definitely less complex compared to the OEM ones. KBD also didn’t have the OEM GFX front lip, but from what I’ve seen, some places sell them online, or others have sold used ones.

My friend has a used 2011 2SS L99 coupe, with an OEM GFX bodykit that he broke the front lip to. He’s tried like 3 different kinds of expensive front lips/splitters and they all seem to not fit properly. The factory front lip/splitter is more of an ABS plastic, and not so much of a rubber composite, like some of the rep GFX ones sold are. I’m debating ridding mine once I get a 10-13 version of the aggressive Z28 front splitter.

That's the splitter I have on the front of mine. Looks great!

I was going to go this direction because i have the T-4 splitter but they are $700 and you still have to drill and rivet them on! I got brand new factory ZL1 side skirts for $400 shipped from a guy , they came with seals and fasteners so they popped right on! I did wrap them though. They match up perfect to the splitter but i still need the back winglets!
