So far so good.

Now I just hope the damn order makes some progress.

Credit union discount: I have no idea what the details are.
There is no $500.00 added to the invoice. Have sold a couple units with the USAA discount and didn't add anything.

Different issue, he's talking about using the USAA car buying service. USAA is a bank, buying service, insurance company, etc. They have pre-set discounted pricing from dealers on different cars. For example, dealers agree to sell Malibu's @ 100 under inv, Cobalts 500 under, and Camaro @ 500 over.

Then the USAA member can apply the $750 USAA discount, and whatever other GM incentives that may apply.

To the OP: Clearly, in this case your best best is going the route of credit union member, minus USAA discount. The only way to get a better deal than that is if you have a GM card, as I believe that you can use your points as well....

Would you be able to use the USAA discount(not car buying service), GM Military discount and the credit union. As of the moment those are the only options that are available to me.

Military and Credit union are the same program. As is the College Graduate Program.... So unfortunately, no you can only use one of those three in conjunction w/ the USAA discount.

To get the USAA discount, aside from joining is there an authorization I need to obtain? If so, what's the website?

You just need your member number so the dealer can enter it. At least that's all I needed when the put mine in the system and it worked.

Nice! Thank you! If he accepts everything, I'll be getting it for almost $5,000 under MSRP (Pref. pricing, USAA, and GM Card)

Sorry I'm a total n00b, but what is the GM Card? How do you obtain it and when/how does it give you a discount? I have the same questions about the College Graduate Program (since I am myself, a college graduate).

The GM Card is a credit card. The rewards program with the card is $ off the purchase of a GM vehicle.

I suggest if anyone is active military go to the gmmilitarydiscount.com build your vehicle there for military pricing then discount the $750 Usaa rebate. Should work out for you and save you a few hundred more as opposed to just using the USAA car buyers program. The vehicle I want is down to about $550 below factory invoice.
