This has absolutely nothing to do with the Mustang....

The GT350 is no more a Ford product than a Ligenfelter is a Chevy.

And I'm sure if you read that article on the new GT350, then you saw the MSRP of $63k for it as well.

What would you do with a $33k 2SS/RS and an EXTRA $30k to mod it up???

That is a nice looking car no doubt, but redicious if you'd want my $.02.

I agree, spend 30,000 on the SS and you will blow the paint off the GT-350. Just think you'll have the fun of putting it all together yourself.

For me it depends... how much horsepower, how much difference in suspension, how much lighter, how much more money?

It has made me hold off on a supercharger for my current car, to wait and see. I will give it another year and if we don't know anything solid yet, probably supercharge my current car, mod the suspension, and keep it. If the factory package looks like it will be amazing at a reasonable price, I would consider trading...

It all really depends on what the Z/28 is going to come with. If it's damn near close to the SS, then I'd probably trade it in if I had one. Otherwise, I'd probably save the headache and keep the SS and mod it. Hopefully in my case, both will be available to order when it comes time for me to buy mine.
