It's a good spy photo of a white Camaro on a test track with on the front and what looks to be the rear as well. It's hard to tell where the picture was taken other than what the photographer states. Also nothing makes me think this isn't a GM test car.
I can believe its Milford as there are some places along the many miles of test track that has some public access. GM knows that and has the camo on the car for a reason. They also know people are watching and spy photographs are some of the cheapest and easiest ways to generate interest. Other than what is seen on the picture it's all speculation. But one thing is certain GM don't waste time and money to camouflage a vehicle for nothing. They can easily test suspension, exhaust and even a different engine in a stock Camaro body without anyone knowing. So whatever is under the camo is different from the current nose and tail and GM obviously wants it kept a secret right now.

"...there seems to be some debate as to whether GM will allow the Camaro to have that much power." That's right, the Z28 should blow the doors off the CTSv; I meant, have more performance.

Anyone notice the wider fenders (especially the rear)? Yep, I think I do!
