This ended up being a much tighter race than I had thought it would be!!
I am finalizing all of my components for this build over the next week so I thought I would give this thread a BUMP and see if there was any last minute thoughts.

I would say if you want to promote your buisness, go with the stroker. It shows that you know what you are doing and can actually build a motor. If people know you can build a stroker, they will know that you can also bolt on a super charger like everybody else can. It takes knowledge to build a stroker, it takes an instruction manual to bolt on a blower...

STROKER!!!!!!! Anybody can add a supercharger or nitrous. True horsepower comes from pure engine building. Sleeper cars will and have always been the best. Look at the 69 COPO Camaro......that thing looks like it just pulled out of my grandmothers garage.

Any other thoughts?
Shoudl we build it in a manner which shows what a DIY person would be able to go in their own garage?

OR...

Should we go all out and make it a custom build?

Speaking just for myself (and maybe a few others?) I'm not after mega-hp. I'd like to see the 'mild cam & bolt-on' types of mods offered as packages. It would offer a chance to bump it up without big investment and/or worry about building a high maintenance plant.

I stated in a earlier post....why not build a stroked supercharged engine. Since the vote is so close, build us a stroked engine first. Do all of your unique touches & tune to it and let us see the results. Do an on-track performance evaluation while you are at it.

After a tune and tweak session with hard data in front of us (I am sure it will rock with what I have read your Company is capable of doing in past/previous builds for Customers) then take this same car/engine back in the shop add the magnuson charger or prochager/vertech to it and show/share those reults with us as well.

Its a win win for all of us. You get to show us your talents (get the sales/interest up) nornally aspirated/stroked fans get what they want, us forced induction fans get what we want.

If there is a concern about the well what if we just used forced induction only fans, work out some kind of deal with one of your Customer builds with the agreement we see their results on Camaro5 forums.

I am really looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

I would love to see the 2002 ZL1 super camaro 600HP 427 naturaly assperated in 5th gen as the Z28 engine. forced induction is nice but the braging rights of that much power all engine is even better.
