In the same boat here. I think it would look odd with the big SS badge on the back and the bowtie on the front.

Yeah I like the delete, but when the sparks badge comes out I'll be jumping on it. So idk if I want to get the bowtie delete just for the time being.

Well I don't think the Bowtie looks all that bad (1000 times better than a blue oval) but I definately think the new 2010 Style "SS" logo will look fantastic on the stock grill.

I guess I'll just have to take a deep breath and see how long I can hold it!!

I'm beginning to lose faith.

Okay all kidding aside we are coming up on a year real quick when we all started asking for this and seeing the possible alternatives and there have been some great ones if they had just been approved and they would just pop right in the stock grill where the Bowtie is.

This simple mod is not rocket science! The aftermarket scene has exploded with 1000's of options and we can't get a simple "double letter 2010 font piece of plastic" to snap into our stock grills!!!

What is the problem............Really??

Is GM the roadblock? Is there no faith in the selling potential of the product? Does anyone even care?

Is anyone listening???

Someone that knows the real answers please respond.

I really don't want to hear "So and So's working on it" quite frankly that is a broken record and we're tired.....no VERY TIRED of hearing that answer/excuse.

Just shoot us straight no Bullsh!t please.......Just the facts.

Thanks,
Clutch

Bring on the

SS

If the stock grill SS isn't out by the time I get my tax refund, I'm just going to get a heritage grill and install my Sparks SS for that grill. I like both grills but would rather have the stock. But if it means having my rear SS match the front I'll just go to plan B. This is frustrating but I've basically given up. If it comes out then that will be a nice suprise but if not, meh.

I couldn't wait any longer. I installed the heritage grille a couple of weeks ago with the intention of installing the Sparks SS. I kind of like the way it looks with nothing on it. I'll save the money for a new spoiler.

I emailed Sparks this morning asking them for an update, and if they could please respond to this thread. Here's hoping...

could the rear SS somehow be attached to a grill filler piece from another vendor? maybe heat it and increase the bend a little more, shave off the posts, pre-drill a couple small holes in their place, and screw the two parts together (using loctite or something of course on the screws)?

I plan on getting the heritage grill this summer with my tax refund. But, I think their heritage front SS is just a tad too small, and am considering ordering two rears and modding one to put on the grill.

That's a good idea. Can the rear SS be modified to go on the grille?
