I have to chuckle when people get mad at cops when they don't like a traffic law, as if the cops are the ones writing the laws and ordinances.
Don't like a certain law or ordinance? Contact your elected officials that made the law. Have them change it, and the cops will enforce the change.

That all depends on your state. But in florida they have a law named aggressive acceleration. Its when you speed up to much and do not loose control of your car and not skid or burn the tires i believe
