does anybody know where and how I can get the dash and door panels painted in IBM? (i'm only 17 so don't know too much about mods and all that stuff)

any help is appreciated, thanks!

My panels are currently off being painted IBM locally (Clean Cut Creations in Missouri) but they told me they do lots of out of town work as well. You can check them out at cleancutcreations.com. They have a page specifically for gen 5s here and if you click "Paint to Match FAQs" on the right you can see pricing for the trim pieces, though you should call to make sure they are still current (when I took mine in a few weeks ago they were).

I'm hoping to get my panels back in the next week or so and will definitely be posting pictures if you want to see how it looks before dropping the cash on it, but I will say I saw some previously done panels in SIM when I was there and they looked nice.

Should be a bit cheaper to find a local shop to paint them.

It's worth noting that some replacement panels remove the ability for the ambient lighting to shine through. That may not be an issue for you since you have an LS but if you would decide to upgrade to ABL after replacing panels you would have to account for that. I talked it over with CCC to not only preserve the door panel ABL (which they do anyway) but also the ABL I have installed in my dash trim pieces. Just something to consider when deciding between replacement parts and painted OEM parts.
