MRT 1.0 is the loudest I have heard in idle mode on a V6. You could do a resignator delete to attempt to make it louder. It's hard to get a loud idle sound on a V6. That's what V8's are great for.. Their evil noise

It's hard to even get a v8 to be loud at idle now a days.. carburetors were what that was for!

But we will see after my header/exhaust install tomorrow

a cam on a V8 paired with long tubes will get the loud idle. But V6...nope. My friend I have a whole list of mods and I dont even have a loud idle plus I have a ghost cam...

i have noticed that the aftermarket v6 exhaust systems that are smaller in diameter at the chamber are louder at idle. it can be done! MRT works, v1 has a bit more volume at idle than v2.

most of the other exhaust companies have created very quiet-idling systems, seems like they didn't spend time on the v6 version.

It'll sound like a UPS truck with a V6.

half the reasons behind me getting a cam was for a loud idle, it seems even with long tube and a exhaust just not loud at idle.

I have flowmaster single chambers... it has a nice, audible, pretty deep idle. nothing like LOUD though.... it gets that way when you put the pedal to the floor.

+1 Cam addition made me buy another daily driver vehicle.. 5:30 AM start up would wake the dead...

Not sure you really want to make the V6 too loud...
