- Notarization of all documents that require notarization

- Preparation and maintenance of all records with compliance of federal regulations requiring the FTC Buyer's Guide

- Preparation and maintenance of all records in compliance with state and federal laws regarding odometer disclosure

- Processing all extended service contract policies and refunds

- Receipting, tracking and depositing all monies

- Preparation of all bank documents for bank processing and finance transactions

- Verification of collision and property damage insurance for banks, credit unions and leasing companies

- Collection and disbursement of state waste tire fees / lead acid battery fee

Well, Law states they have to "disclose" so they make up stuff so they can charge the fee. Every stealership down here in South FL does it. People must pay it because they all charge it. I have been trying to order a damn car for a month down here and no dealer will waive the fee.

They said their allocation was 10, and they've already ordered 11, but for $500 down they would place one more on order for me. The only bad thing is they said they would NOT honor the GM Military Discount for at least the first year. I wonder why? Does the dealership lose out by participating in the Military Discount program? Oh well, still $500 under MSRP is pretty fair at this point.
Dude...I would seriusly check in to this, unless you dont mind getting your
car in ....maybee Sept- Oct. or who knows...just my 0.02

Getting a car in sept/oct for 500 under MSRP is a ripoff, thats my opinion.
That timeframe, the car will be going for 3G under msrp just like the SRT8's

Oh, and I forgot Blah
They do realize most of that doesn't cost a dime, don't they? And what does cost them anything if at all, like I said, would equate to about $8.00/hr.

Nice, If Mr. Crespo treats you all well I may be taking my business to him....Classic in Altamonte is just absolutely giving me the run around and with my last adventure with them I expect the same....

Any know Mr. Crespo's screen name on here to send him a message, I may still be 9 months away from ordering, but if hes fair and straight I won't mind a lil extra drive near OIA.

I live in Miami and all the local dealers i spoke to wanted 2k - 5k over msrp. I ordered from Maroone of Miami (8 street). they wanted 2k over msrp. when i told them i would order from a dealer in Estero Beach who agreed on msrp i got the "let me talk to my manager". they agreed to msrp w a 2k deposit. they told me the car wouldn't arrive until "the end of the summer". I got exactly the same price as the chevy "build your own" site came out to.
