Sometime ago Gretchengotgrowl (Derrick) and I were talking about what to do with the exhaust tips from our stock mufflers. I mentioned turning them into a pencil holder would be cool. However, I had just disposed of my mufflers knowing I would NEVER need them again. What a waste of a couple good tips. Derrick took it upon himself to create this fantastic looking pencil holder and sent it to me a couple days ago.

THANK- YOU for the GREAT gift Derrick.
NICE!!

I am sure you could almost take any part from the car and make a neat piece out of it.

Find a CAI system you like, this will run $300 - 400 bucks and get you 10 - 15 HP.

Try some headers -- short will gain 5 -8 HP. while longs will gain over 15 HP +. Cost is $350 - 1000. plus install.

Then for some better sound you can replace the exhaust system, either cat back or axle back. Cost $300 - 1000 bucks too. Minimum HP gain but some sound great.

Then there is the ported throttle body. $150 bucks plus shipping and your core. Gains some nice low end torque and better throttle response.

I personally have the INJEN CAI, MRT 2.0 axle back, and the VMax ported throttle body.

SEARCH will be your friend onthese subjects.
