I did a search a few weeks ago on here about them. Seems like most members will say they're ricey or they just don't care for it. But I'm still planning on doing it to mine because I got a cheap roll (16') of RGB LEDs on eBay. I think it'll look nice at night shows, not to drive around with them on. Unless I find something else better to do with them.

I don't see why not, if you go to night shows it would look great.

On my Corvette I have leds on the bottom of the door that turn on when I open the door. I will be doing the same thing on my Camaro. I think it looks great.

If you have to ask you know the answer. YYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSS. Please don't treat your car like it's a scion.... The lights on the bottom of the door are a different thing nice and functional I've had them on a few cars.

I seriously entertained the thought when we first got our Synergy. The color works so well with the glow of green leds... but there are so many options with colored halos, illuminated bow-ties and the like. My challenge now is to figure out something that hasn't been done. I've been experimenting a little with E.L. wire. It's not as bright as leds, but it has some fun properties. I've got a couple of ideas that I'm working on for next year's show season. The trick is find something that possesses the cool factor without being tacky. I'd have to say I find myself leaning to the side that's voting ricey. The Camaro is so unique, it deserves original ideas. If we were trendy, we'd be among the jillions driving *cough* Mustangs.

If you do it, make sure the colors contrast properly or fit your theme. IMO Purple shouldn't be on an IBM vehicle. White would look good on nearly all (not black) As long as you make it classy and not a giant moving LED it should be look alright.

I'd wanna see pics of what he's thinking, not what you had. If he's thinking LEDs or neons or what? And what color(s)?
