Time to change tranny and diff fluid?

The car was built in March 2010, put on the road in August 2010, and now has 13,xxx miles on it. Time to change the fluids?

Owners manual will tell you the rear diff should be done after the first 6k, mine was real nasty at that point, been doing it every 10k since and it still looks real bad. I do my trans every 10k as well but I track my car often. Trans always has come out clean still.
I would definitely do your diff ASAP.
