Dude Win Kelly is the worst. Sport or Criswell will do you right.

I like all three plus rockmont is good. Sport and Criswell, can't say many good things a out service. Sport I saw them rotate the tires on a SS. So big tires up front, smalls in the back. Criswell, ordered a simple piece of plastic. First I go pick them up, they only had one. Say they ordered more, never heard back. So I like Criswell but personally I think they guy Joey is rude. Called my dad out on something, it was funny we looked for a while and then I guess he had enough of tire kicking and sent a nasty email to my dad. A week later my dad bought a SS haha. Missed sale opportunity, when we got serious about buying, he didn't want anything to do with us.

Fox Timonium Chevy has always been good to everyone I know. Criswell is supposively good though they were very pushy to me and didn't really try to find the car I wanted but to buy what was on their lot. However they do seem to support the performance car market with pretty good selection.

I can't recommend Criswell at all as a dealer to buy from. They took my deposite on 2/1/11 of a $1,000 with an agreement I could buy my ZL1 at MSRP. But 6 months latter when they started to get there allocations for the MY 2012 they informed me that the car would cost me 10k over MSRP. So I had to start looking for another ZL1 all over again. As an end result I was unable to secure a MY 2012, but I am working with a new area dealer named Oursman Rockmont chevy in Rockville Md. My saleman owns a camaro SS and has been stealer as far as keeping me up to date on the progress of my car.
Bottom line the people at Criswell are more interested in your money. Where as at Rockmont they drive and have a real passion for these cars.

My issue with Criswell is they didn't take me seriously as a buyer. They let me test drive the car, along with my friend who is a bit more knowledgable about cars but when I said none of the ones on the lot fit my criteria [white with the halos, HUD and USB, which I would later learn would be the 2SS/RS or 2LT/RS]. So the saleperson wrote all that down and said he would call me when he found one. To this day I never got a call. Oddly enough around the same time, Sport had one exact model that I wanted and another that was the same plus sunroof. Win Kelly had the exact model however with a grey interior. Why the guy from Criswell never called me back when a quick search would've shown one exact and two similar models? IDK. Sports kept me in the loop, hid my car from potential customers while I was saving up for the down payment and worked with me to get me a better car. I wanted no sunroof but I basically got the one with for cheaper AND it had less miles, it was a no brainer. Go to Sport, ask for Robert.
Regardless of my not so good but not so bad experience with Criswell, they seem to be the most recommended in the area. Win Kelly can go jump off a bridge. |

I bought from JBA Chevrolet in Glen Burnie. Not stellar, not bad. Pretty OK.

Frankly speaking, if you don't have a trade-in, a fair number of people on our forum have purchased directly from: BeckyD@RodgersChevrolet
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=43480 She advertises their dealership will honor ALL discounts that apply - if you're active duty military, are insured through USAA and are a member of a Credit Union, you shoud be able to receive those discounts in addition to low pricing, PLUS, they'll deliver it to your home! A good number of folks ordered their Camaro through Becky D. from across the country and have been VERY happy with the deal they received. If they don't have it in stock, Becky D. will order it for you. Read some of the feedback forum members who've ordered through her have left for her: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/member.php?u=11374

I have personally never had a good experience when dealing with Win Kelly. Sport Sales is great, but their service department, not so much. Criswell Sales not so great, but I have had great experiences with their service department.
I bought mine car from Koons Tysons and had a wonderful buying experience.
