Best motor combo for tvs2300
Im thinking I may be rebuilding my motor very soon.
The car currently is an m6 with cam, headers and the tvs2300 with cog drive. It currently made 620whp / 645tq at 8psi max. I want to keep my factory block just beef up internals. With this blower what is the ideal build? I'd really like to make 750-800. If it's going to cost to much to make the Maggie get there il sell and buy a Ecs kit. Ryan |

Buy the ECS kit it is much better and alot cheaper than trying to max a maggie out and you dont want to run a blower max either. You will get to that power alot easier and more efficiently with ECS kit and you definitley will need to upgrade internals

Help please!!!!
Hi Guys... HELP PLEASE!!! Where do I start, Well, I just up-graded to a 427 with a TVS 2300 and stock heads, they ported and they have a very nice set of springs. I cant give you the details because I had this done, I am not a mechanic :-)) anyway, the cam is a blower cam, dont have the specs either sorry. Just to give you and idea, the cam that I am using on the 427 now is the same cam I had on the stock motor and it was making 611rwhp at 7psi. I have also upgraded the pulleys to a 8 rib and it has an over drive cog pulleys, I also have the Jannetty MagiMax plate and the throttle body 102mm Now, my 427 was dyno tune with 13lbs boost and is ONLY putting 621rwhp??? This is what they are telling me, Quote... we think that the heads are not handleling the air that we are making now at 13lbs boost... Do you think a 427 getting 13lbs of boost should not be making more power??? And why, I was making 611rwhp with my stock motor with the same freaking heads... Are these guys trying to fool me or this is correct... I know this is a long story but I am very tired of getting the run arounds... Please call me at

Jamie 17psi on your c.i. is prolly close to his 13 psi on the 427 at this point it wil come down to rotor speed of each for comparison......IE puley size,OD pulleys and so on. He should be making more power though.

This I have no clue about. I figured the bigger engine would be less of a restriction but to what extent, that's beyond my knowledge.
