Heads and shortblock are stock, Custom Grind LMR Cam, longtubes, and 102 MMTb all through a Auto, probably would have made 760-780 through a manual

I have to ask why? Aren't better supercharging options out there? Maybe I am missing something. Its neat that your doing it but I am not sure that it needed to be done.

The 1.9 gets to a point where it is very inefficient, upgrading to the 2.3 ZR1 blower leaves all your factory lines and connections in tact and provides you with a better way to create boost on your car and not have to spin the blower so hard. The 2.3 creates so much more air then the 1.9 that it can produce more power with less boost

That would do it ,but for someone who wants a factory style replacement the ZR1 blower is the ticket

Do you have more information on this? I notice that you mentioned a custom adapter; what is that for? The pics' didn't come out clear enough to really get a good idea what it's for. Is it for the intercooler? Have you done direct comparisons between the 1.9 and 2.3 for the same car? If there's already a thread somewhere for my answers, just send me there
Thanks

The custom adapter is for the heat exchanger off of the 1.9 to the 2.3. The LSA heat exchanger cores have a different opening then the LS9 and we make a custom aluminum plate to adapt them to work together
