This is the first time that I have posted and want to thank all members for the wealth of information on this process. Also, this might not be the right thread to post this question so don't crucify me. I ordered a 2SSRS on Feb 9th and i received it on Monday. My order included the 21's and a few other options. My dealer/sales rep stated that none of the order i.e. ground effects, wheels, engine covers etc are in when I took delivery. I got word yesterday that the 2LT they sold (dealers car) is rolling with 21's. Has anyone heard of this happening and how do I check with GM on the remaining options?

Is there a way to get the railcar information from customer support? They have been calling with updates ever since I said I was unsatisfied. A woman called yesterday and told me my car was "in transit" and said thats all the info they had right now. Or is there any way someone on here could possibly track my VIN? I would be eternally grateful!!

Welcome, DOG! All those items should have been ordered in Workbench with the car as LPO options. Because of their size and bulk, they were most likely shipped separately from the car and should arrive soon. And I'm sure you know from your experience here that you have to personally stay on top of the situation....'cause we all know what dealers (some) are, now don't we?

I have been following this site since january when my boys age 5 and 4 and I went to a dealership in Missouri and ordered our Black 1ss. Thanks for all of the information you guys put on here, it is great for newbies like me. My car was built on the 12th of June, no clue when it will arrive, but have been saving for 2 years for it, so good news it is PAID for.

14610 showed up at dealer yesterday with 4 miles on it built 6/3 will pick it up on friday

My dealer just received their first ground effects shipment today. Unfortunately it was for a V6. My engine cover and ground effects are both still missing in action also. They did get set of 21" rims a couple weeks ago. According to the parts guy, parts are nearly impossible to get in. I think Camaro Scotty got them all. Just kidding Scott.
