I'll add the list to the first post and maintain it there. Thanks again to FINALLYSATISFIED!

Please let us know if you are on the list and don't want the DIY kit. We'll need this info to see where we are, in terms of a count.

I'd like to be in the "second column" of the list; those of us that want to buy these but have someone good at this stuff put them together accurately and with a proper seal.

may or may not be interested in either option depending on final design and prices of each option

This is Phase 1, the DIY kit. The final design pics have been posted. If we hit 25 people the price will be $419. The only options not yet priced are flicker and sequential.

Edit: I was just reminded that I never posted better pics of the new brake section. In progress...

So, the price hits $419 for the DIY kit, correct? Now, if that's the price for the DIY, how much is this going to be for the complete kit already installed in taillights and literally plug-n-play? This pricing definitely needs to be competitive with the Technostalgia lights, since they come $400 completely ready to be installed and comes fully enclosed, etc. I just don't want to see you guys price yourself out of the market, especially when I think people may prefer the look of these, but they'll be hesitant to buy if the price for a plug-n-play unit is expensive.

I was confused about the 419 too... I hopefully assume that is fully assembled and diy is cheaper...

That is not fully assembled. Why would they not post correct pricing?

There's going to be a bit of a price premium with these, I think, but worth it. These are engineered well. I don't see these having the issues that plague the technostalgia's.

Yep, that price is in line with what he's been saying all along. Lots of money, but they do look good and he has a lot of time and money invested in these.

That does seem steep for DIY. Steep margins.

I doubt it. Think about it... relatively small numbers for parts orders, there's a good bit of cost there. Thats just for starters.
