Sturgis actually has a Mustang rally as well..it's in August, the week after the bike rally. Oh, I work for Ford, so yeah...the Cobra is no slouch! That thing is badass.

Actually the Mustang Rally is over Labor Day Weekend which is August 28 through September 1, 2013. More info here: http://www.sturgismustangrally.com/

The bike rally starts (essentially) the first Saturday in August.

I recommend the time of the Camaro Rally for the best driving in, and around, the Black Hills. Badlands National Park in South Dakota and Devils Tower National Monument in Wyoming are great drives which are near the Black Hills.

I'm from Sask and have been down there for the last 17 years. I've been down mostly on my HD but the last 2 years went down in the Camaro. The drive there, atleast the way I have to go strait down 85 is THEE most boring drive on earth BUT there is a bonus. Around the ND/SD border, there is a stretch of highway thats as strait as you will ever see, in great shape, no trees, side roads anything but strait flat road. Everybody on bikes and cars just opens them right up! There are no towns for close to an hour so cops never patrol. If you wanna see what your car says when it maxs out, its the place to be!
