Stage III ZL1 (Pfadt Tri-Y) 697HP 698TQ

Hey All,

We just wrapped up another one of our Stage III ZL1 packages on Chris's 13 A6 Camaro. We've built several several of these 800HP packages for the ZL1's all formerly using ARH 1-7/8" Headers and the results have always been incredibly consistent. This ZL1 has a mere 500 miles on the clock. This is the most power under the curve we've seen to date! Making over 600ft-tq @ 2,500 RPM and climbing! Needless to say this combo really changes the dynamic of the ZL with maintaining the power curve everywhere! It's an incredibly fun machine to drive!

BY THE WAY!!

However this ZL1 being a vert it did not come equipped with the belly panel from GM. After installation of Pfadt's Tri-Y headers they appear to be tucked far near away from the typical interference (trimming the belly pan) that's associated with the 4 into 1 long tubes. We're currently in the midst of another 800HP ZL1 build (belly pan equipped) so I'll be able to ensure final fitment and adamant panel clearance.

Thanks,

Randy

These Headers come complete with connection pipes ready to bolt on to the existing cat back.

Can you give me a break down of all the performance parts you used for this power mod!
I can hardly wait for my Pfat-Y series headers for my vert to get here and now have to decide what additional mods to do, to include a complete tune, thanks.

I think your referring to the mid-pipes not being available yet and not the connection pipes which attach the headers to the factory catback via the v-banded catted or non-catted connection pipe. Pfadts mid pipes when they are released, will be an x pipe design if my memory is correct.

Its not complicated, more power under the curve, means you go faster. Awesome work you guys are doing over there from the install to the tune.

Do you have any video of the dyno? I'd love to share it on the soundclip/dyno thread!

Glad I saw this. Was looking at headers and thought that the ones that require "trimming" is a little janky. Randy, can you PM me a price please?
