It went 1.61 60', 6.5x in the 1/8 at 112. Garbage. It should still be doing better then the mid 1.4's that it has been pulling. Let's not talk about what could have been. My first pass is always the worst one of the day.

I'm happy with the set-up and the power level it's at. Besides some tweaking I'm not planning on changing a thing.

Doesn't really have much to do with greed. That engine, under normal circumstances, could handle that fine. Took a perfect storm to take it out but with as many chances for something to break as it has had and never did, I'm good with that.

Ted built that engine in Aug of 2010. By that time the car was running 10.50's consistently. Add 50 passes for the rest of 2010, 150 for 2011 and at least 150 for 2012, another 8 for 2013 and that's a shitload of abuse. The only thing we did was change plugs,valve springs and the oil while cranking up the boost. From 37 degrees to 100, it kept plugging away.


Banana boat is alive and roaming the streets of Westchester county. It'll be around sooner rather than later.

Just messing man. Honestly you have probably one of the most well built engine/FI combos on here. Your doing a lot with a little. Plenty of people with more power aren't even close to running your times. . I'm anxious to find out the results and I will try and make the jannetty rental to hopefully see it go in person.

I just hope it's done for Sept 6. That will be my last chance to see the track for a while if not the rest of 2013. Maybe one quick trip to get some baseline C7 runs and that's about it for this year.
