100 shot at the track issues
Finally went to the track today! Think it was around 95 degrees out, but that wasn't the issue. I am feeling the power fall off around half track then start to come back in near the end. I am thinking either the fuel pressure is falling off causing the fuel safety switch to cutoff the NOS solenoid or my NOS solenoid is faulty. I will be submitting my files to MATT@FSP to see what my fuel pressure is doing. I would say I went a second or more slower cause of this. I made several passes and always the same issue and consistently ran 13.6..mph varied...ran around 101-102mph

Yes, but not on purpose. I forgot to hit the arming switch on a pass.

Ignore the question you were on a nitrous tune so timing was retarded. I did that once and my car was .4 slower in the 1/4 and 3 mph off. Me <-----Daaaaa

I think I am having similar problems!!
First I discovered that my NOS solenoid was stuck open and my NOS was escaping into the throttle body. With the help of "etmx183", he suggested I tap on top of the solenoid which did the trick. But I wonder now if the solenoid is faulty. I ran a 13.0 @ Atco a few weeks ago running a 100 shot. On Friday @ Island Drag way I ran a best of 13.15 using a 140 shot!!! It gets off the line well but seems to die towards the end. I did run a all motor run at least 3 times and ran a 14.08, 14.09 and 14.19. Ran at least 6 runs with the 140 shot and the Trifecta NOS tune, didn't blow anything up!!! |
