I have a stock L99 with CAI, just installed jba mid pipes and sct preloaded 93 tune. Took it out to see what it does WOT, with the nannies off in S mode or M. Im spinning through 1st and 2nd then gain traction in 3rd. Tried a 3 different roads and parking lot. What can i do to improve traction? is it tires, my tune?

Dont floor it?

Throttle control. Feather the throttle.

it's cold...on summer tires...use your foot.

I tried letting up at start but still lost traction at shift points(rpm surged). Temp was in the 60s yesterday.

Get sticker tires. If you're running stock tires I think those suck. Mine broke free all the time.

OP, you know the roads in SA suck, there always greasy, old asphalt. Be careful.

I like spinning on the street sometimes -good practice for track slip on the top end.
