powder coating question

I am looking to upgrade my brake setup on my 2013 lfx as one of my spring projects. I want to put 1le brembos in but whats holding me back is that I want to powder coat the calipers glow in the dark blue. Does anyone know a specific paint out on the market that would be able to withstand the heat from the brakes and will hold up long term?

Thanks guys!

Contact Mike (Mike the powdercoater) on here and I'm sure he can get what you're after.

I reached out to Mike today. He seemed knowledgeable and eager to take on this project.

If anyone has researched this before, I would love to hear your input and experience.

I spoke to Mike and he said he had an idea on how to do it but was not 100% sure it would work/hold up.

i use to powdercoat, but i never seen a powder that glowed in the dark.that would be pretty cool.probably have to at least use a white base.if you get them done,id like to see them. i used some pretty bright colors but no gitd.

I was going to try using this stuff, but I wasn't sure it would hold up under the heat off braking. Plus, it only glows the selected color at night.

They have additives you can add to clear powder, but it will throw your base color off a bit.

Glow in the dark might be cool.. mike did my brembos like 15000 miles ago bright red and they still look as perfect as the day I got them, and they clean up so easy and the shine is awesome. Mikes the man!

Mike did my brakes a few years ago. He does a great job and mine still look as good as when I got them. Highly recommended
