Lowered 1.4" bigger tires possible?

So my baby is lowered 1.4" on BMR's. I wanna fit a 315/35/20 on the rear. Id be putting a 275/35/20 on the front which I'd assume would fit no problem. Thoughts??

To quote Nineball and adjust for your tire sizes. You will through a code having your tires too far apart in size. That's 1.1" which will cause problems with your stabilitrak and ABS. You would fair better with the stock tire sizes. Here's a tire conversion that will get you within that diameter.

http://tire-size-conversion.com/tire-size-calculator/

275/35-20 is 27.6"
315/35-20 is 28.7"

The Camaro ABS/Stabilitrack/Traction Control system is programmed to read wheel speeds at each corner. In order for this to function properly, you need to maintain similar tire heights at all four corners. At least within 0.5" difference, to be safe.

Here are the proper sized tires you should have on the car:

So would it be possible to fit a 315 in the rear and 295 upfront??

Could you not just run a 275/40/20 up front?

Yeah that's what I was thinking. It would be damn close to stock size both ways.

I am running 295/315s, but mine is not lowered, in addition to the stable track issue you need to be concerned about rubbing.

I'm lowered 1.25" with Pfadt springs and run the 285/305 ZL1 wheels with the factory tires and don't have any rubbing issues. The 295 front would add .4" in width, but I'm not sure how much would be tucked under the car. I would just try and take some measurements.

The ZL1 is lower than the S'S stock, not a good comparison.

Running 275/40 315/35 as winter setup. Lowered on pedders. No clearance issues.

I think the front is where there could be an issue if you went to 295s.

I have the Conti DWS. As mentioned I drive them only in winter.

Front 1.3" Rear 1.5" drop. Unfortunately I don't have any pics after the drop.
