here's mine single brake and clutch reservoir * IN ATTACHMENT)
4000 miles on the clock ,did one partial exchange with delphi dot4 before that in ~ 500 miles (sucked probably 2/3 of the reservoir) today i tried to suck as much as i could then refilled with wagner dot3 notice immediate difference in shifting 2nd, 3rd gear will do another oil exchange soon to maintaim the color probably bleeding it later although i believe i have no bubbles my driving style is cruisig arround state weather your reservoir is combined or seperated your driving style recent oil change and method, (suck, fill) (bleeding and flushing) thanks. |

Mine was blacker than night until yesterday. I bled it all out. Fortunately I'm running a separate reservoir. Got about 5000 miles since last bleed.

less parts(simplicity) higher volume( good for cooling) easier to read the level after all? brakes dont pollute the fluid right? i mean under normal braking without boiling fluid brake dust won't get through seals right? the only downside is that clutch dust is bad for abs module |

[QUOTE=a7m1;7624224]
the only downside is that clutch dust is bad for abs module./QUOTE] I've bled my clutch reservoir at least four times since having it but have only bled out my brake fluid once since switching to Motul. So the nasty fluid I took out of there would have been in my brake fluid. I feel it's worth it but I can see your point as well |

each reservoir should be for specific reaaon, combining them is never good (even though thefluid formula is the same) so brakes fluid will not get contanimated at all( except from humidity and water?) does brake pads dust gets through seals and contanimated the fluid? so here clutch dust interfaring with abs operation is the only thing to worry about? thanks, another question is sucking all the fluid through soap dispenser straw gonna get air to the systrm(brakes or clutch) then immediatly filled it ? or only if clutch is operated while reservoir is empty( i never did that) thanks again |
