I might be able to swing June 6th. Depends on if I sell my Mustang by then. If not, taking it to Fun Ford Weekend out at MIR early the next morning June 7th.

OK, FINALLY!!!!
The Bluff City Camaro Club will be holding a meeting on Thursday, June 12th, at the Bartlett Cruise-in. We can either have the meeting during or after, for those of us that can't stay long at the Cruise-in. Old and New members welcome! We haven't had a get together in quite some time. Along with our last one kinda fell flat. With that being said, we are long overdue. Plus, we have LOTS to discuss. Including our upcoming trip with the Music City Camaro Club!!! Cooley has the details on that....

Hi everyone! As some of you know, Bobby and I have been speaking with the people at Music City Camaro Club in Nashville about doing a joint cruise to Shiloh. http://www.nps.gov/shil/index.htm
It would be a single day cruise with us all meeting in Jackson, TN. and cruising to the battleground together. The date will be Saturday, June 28th. We're just waiting for the Music City group to finalize the event. This is the date that works best and is far enough out to allow planning. It also won't be too far into the dog days of summer. We will meet fairly early so we can have breakfast (Casey Jones Village) and arrive early enough to enjoy the battleground. The Music City Club is a fun and active group of people to socialize with and Shiloh is a great place to spend an afternoon. Update on the June 28th cruise...
Jeff from Music City Camaro Club let us know that their group has a conflicting event on that date and can't do the cruise to Shiloh. He also asked if we wanted to go to the event they have planned. I'm posting the event's flyer and leaving the decision up to y'all. Would you rather go to the Big Ugly Autofest and car show in Clarksville, or go to Shiloh. I'll tally the results tomorrow evening. Here is the additional info Jeff sent about Big Ugly:
Thank you again for your interest in our show!!! We are so looking forward to our event and from the response's it looks like it is going to a good turn out. My name is Becky Kempton and I am Bravo Co 96 ASB/101st CAB FRG leader. FRG stands for Family Readiness Group, we are here to support the soldiers and their families both here at our duty station( FT Campbell) and when they are away downrange to other countries. Our origination solely runs off of donations and fund raisers that we do. The money raised at these events go towards helping out the soldiers and their families in things like providing Easter parties and Christmas parties for the kids, buying sheet sets and blankets and pillows to set up our single soldier rooms so that when they return from downrange they have a place that feels like home. We also use the money for less fortunate soldiers in the lower ranks to provide Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner boxes of food for the holidays and Easter baskets for the kiddos during that holiday. There are so many uses that this money goes for that I could probably take up a couple of pages listing everything. We have a very large Company, about 305 Soldiers alone not counting their spouses and children. This event is a family event and yes we do have sponsor's and still have some of them coming in. Clarksville Speedway, Whitts Barbeque, Gay Matthews Dealership just to name a few. There will be trophy's handed out in all categories and the judging will be done by the contestants. We have food vendors that will be onsite and a large area for our local craft vendors to display for all the ladies that want to spend the day with their hubby but doesn't want to look at cars. I am enclosing the flyer to our show along with the car show registration and the craft show registration and vendor application. Please feel free to get this out to all of your club and any others that would like to spend the day here in Clarksville with us supporting our soldiers of the 96th ASB/101st.
