I am a microfiber addict, by far the best microfiber towels I have used are the Microfiber Madness http://www.carpro-us.com/microfiber-...-pile-16-x-16/
These are the softest towels I have ever used and I love them! If these were around when my kids were born I would have wrapped them up in theses towels!

Just make sure the towels you get to run them across a blank CD to see if any type of scratch appear. Cheap towels or very expensive don't always work in your favor. So check and use the ones that work for you.

ohhhh I've never heard that one before! Thats a great Idea! But yeah it sounds bad but I ended up buying some towels at walmart! They had a pack of two towels that has a super plush microfiber side to polish and then a really tight knit side to get wax off. They were actually nicer than anything I saw at auto zone or oreilys. And i didn't really want to wait to have some shipped to me. Well so far they have worked out flawlessly.

Check the major detailing forums and see what folks are using that works for them. I started using them over 20 yrs ago and they have change so much.
But do remember we do have some great MF towels they work great!

All microfiber is washable. If you are going to spending that type of money on microfiber may as well pay the same price and get what is some of the best microfiber out there, microfiber madness crazy pile. I have that exact mother's detail towel from a clay bar kit and wouldn't put it even in the same league as the rag company.

It's too bad they raised their prices, the deals they had when the first group of us bought them were crazy good.

Try Pep Boys if there's one near you. 3 types of microfiber towels - cleaning, waxing, and super soft for polishing. Use the right towel for the job and pay the $$. Plenty of online vids to correct the swirls and scratches in paint too. Try using Mothers Glaze instead of waxing all the time. It doesn't build up.

A glaze isn't going to correct scratches, just hide them. Glazes and waxes are completely different things, wax is used to protect the clear coat.
