need help, opinions please

Hey folks I have an issue. Here are the facts. I bough a moshimoto 4 core rad and hoses. All I did was swap the parts out. I have a twin turbo 416 block. I was running 100 percent well last I drove. But after the rad swap, the car billows tons of white smoke. It's late night now so I will wait until morning. All I can imagine is that some how I criss crossed one of the radiators lines by the the rad cap. Any one have this issue, or can help out? I am stumped

I can't imagine that a new radiator and the car now blowing a ton of white smoke are related unless you managed to over heat the engine to the point of blowing the head gasket and allowing coolant into the combustion chamber.

hi there brother...i agree. the car never over heated...it literally idled about 10 secs then started to blow clouds of white smoke. I drove it 2 mins...warmed it up. the car boost and run totally okay...just that I have tons of white smoke. as I said..i am confused. I checkd the tb for oil or soot...it was normal (almost dry to a fault. This happened to me before. The turbo did a hiccup....but this is all so coincidential. I dont know if thats the issue again...or if I some how I did some thing silly, but making it this way react this way.

The only possible thing I can see happening is that I mismatched the 2 small hoses by the radiator cap...would that some how create this crazy effect?

Is this every start up? If not could be a coinsidence that changing hoses it just happened to happen.. bad valve seal oil leaks into chamber and you get white smoke. Maybe a bad seal in turbo oil in the exhaust?

i have the answer fellas. My scavenger pump from my ips turbo kit died. It was just shear coincidence. that has been replaced. Still awaiting word from the mech on that. My issue with reduced engine power is probably related to this. One step at a time though. But thanks for the help guys. I have an exa turbowerx pump now. Its huge. getting a place to fit it is the issue now.
