OP is saying that my "payment didn't go through" and is refusing to ship the items I paid for, meanwhile paypal is showing the invoice he sent as paid. Also not responding to my Emails.

Just- You have a PM , I told you I was going to Camaro5Fest. The payment hadn't cleared in time for me to ship before I left. Right, wrong or otherwise, I won't ship anything until I get paid, and "pending" to me isn't getting paid. And so everyone else knows... I've offered him a refund or I can ship them out Monday when I get back. I really didn't want to ship these, and now I'm probably going to be the one screwed as I left them at home and didn't bring them with me to the 'Fest

I've opened a dispute with PayPal. Seller is clearly trying to keep my money by refusing to ship. Regardless of the sellers excuse, PayPals policy is to hold funds from sells if the seller has a questionable reputation. The seller holding the item I paid for until the funds become available is not only against paypal policy, but is also ****ing stupid since the funds wont be available unless the seller ships it anyways. Seller claims he has "good intentions" by offering a refund, but I'm sure if I asked for one he would have a vacation in san fransisco to attend and cannot refund me.

Opened a dispute with PayPal Hopefully they resolve this swiftly as now I've been scammed out of $350. Clearly the OP wanted me to "gift" the money through paypal, making it very convenient for him to forget he sold me anything, as there would be little to prove that he actually sold me anything. People take note, this is why you must always request a "PayPal Invoice" to protect yourself from predatory sellers when buying online.

I have refunded his money through PayPal. I tried to explain to him that I would not ship the items until I had a "cleared" payment. That didn't happen before I left for The 'fest. I sent him PMs letting him know I'd ship it on Monday when I get back from Camaro5fest. Admittedly I haven't sold a lot on here, but I did just sell a clutch on 7/29 for $1400 and there were zero issues. I've been a member on here for almost 5 years and have had zero issues with anything I've bought or sold. I won't stand by and have someone that's been a member for 15 months try and say I'm a scammer. I will be contacting an admin to have them review all the PMs I sent to "just" to review the whole deal.

Contact him scumbag, and let him know how you violated paypals policies by refusing to ship the items I paid for because paypals held the funds because they see you as an untrustworthy seller. And by the way pal, your little game would not have worked anyways, as PayPal funds don't become available to untrustworthy seller such as yourself for at least 21 days after the item is shipped, so your scam was never going to work.

I will not stand for a scumbag seller trying to scam me out of $350. Review the PM's and see that all I've tried doing is getting my money back and educate you as to why you are violating PayPal policies to no avail. You wanted a easy paycheck, not from me pal.

Drottie has been a great member on this forum for just shy of 5 years now with zero history of infractions or scams to any members.

And as someone who deals with PayPal quite frequently, pending payments happen often. They don't go to "PAID" once the item is shipped. They will stay as PENDING until they are cleared.

You jumped the gun. Plain and simple. Furthermore, you had plenty of time to file a claim later in the week after the fest should the part not have shipped. Next time someone says payment is pending, give them the benefit of the doubt. As a buyer, they want to make sure they get their money just as much as you want to make sure you get your part.
