what to do to acheive a deeper sound
I have kooks longtube headers 1 7/8" airraid CAI Flowmasters 10 series and resonator delete...
it's a bit raspy and pretty raspy... I wanted to know what the best thing to do to make it deeper and less rasp. put the resonator back on or stock mufflers or what?

I've heard a resonated xpipe from magnaflow would help with some of the rasp and help make the tone slightly deeper. Might make it a bit quieter but probably not much.

Changing mufflers is typically the easiest and least expensive way to do it.
Along with the muffler and how it is designed you can also change tips..just like your brass instruments in the band....this works similar. A larger flared tip will give you a deeper tone than a small straight tip. Other than that...increase compression, and increase displacement will do it too. This would give you an idea of what our mufflers sound like. |

Kooks to Borla S-Type would be a great choice! That's a very popular combo for us here at the shop.
Kooks Street Sleeper is another great option! http://marylandspeed.com/kooks-stree...ck-p-2977.html Give us a call at 443-730-9428 and we'll hook you up with a great deal! |

Ive got the full LG setup through high flow cats and love the sound, though sometimes I'd like it to be louder

Do u not have a crossover like an xpipe or hpipe? U should have one it will help with sound and especially performance.
