Front splitter and rockers

What would you all consider is better?
GM OEM splitter and rockers or go after market and get ACS or some other brand? Pricing all seems to be similar, Aftermarket might be a hundred or so cheaper. LMK thoughts and maybe pros/cons on some of the brands or GMs stuff

thanks
Dan

I went with OEM rockers because I just felt better about it. Went with the SLP splitter because I liked the look of it. Just my $.02

Do you mean after market as in replica? Or aftermarket brand different look? It's all about what you like. And if you have money always get the original if your taking about replica ZL1 rockers for example.

I thought about getting a front splitter on mine, but with the steep driveway inclines and tall parking lot curb stones, I know I would eventually damage it.

Right now, the stock front end just clears these situations when I'm driving around. No scrapes so far. And, before anyone says that I'm not careful enough, trust me, I'm veeerrrry careful. I'm used to drìving 3rd gens, especially my uncle's '91 Camaro Z28, which would scrape no matter how careful you were.

However, I don't know how people on here, who do have these front splitters, keep from scraping them up. That is, unless they just don't mention it or their cars are basically garage queens or something.

I'm thinking zl1 replicas, but I'm looking to see what else is out there. Like I said the prices I got from Maureen are good and the acs products I've priced aren't much cheaper

I have acs and really like it but I have no complaint about own either. It's really what you prefer, can't go wrong either way.

Can someone help clear this up my car is a 2015.

I see splitters that are for 2010-13 and others that are for 2010-15. Are the front ends the same from 10-15? So if I bought one for a 10-13 would it fit on my 15?

You need a 14-15 splitter.

There is so much out there, the 1LE flat black one that matches the rear diffuser is 595 from Rogers Chevy, most other splitters are less gmpartsdirect had some painted for 385. I'm thinking I am going to go with the flat 1LE splitter and the ZL1 rockers with the painter upper part flat lower part

The actual 1LE OEM splitter will not work on your car as it is for a SS bumper and it is different than the V6 bumper. ACS makes this one: http://www.acscomposite.com/project/...tegory=6919177

anyone who has gotten the acs parts is the satin black paint worth it for the extra money or just use the black primer. I seem to remember someone else left them is black primer and it seemed to work okay
