Angry USB flash drives not being recognized.

Yesterday I reorganized a flash drive that has about 9200 MP-3 tunes on it.
When I plugged it back into the USB port in my 2013 Camaro the radio got hung up in indexing mode and is stuck in that mode no matter which flash drive I use.

Also when I unplug a drive the USB function stays lit when viewing in Source. It always unlit previously.

Is there a way to reset the radio or is there anything else I an do to get the USB port to recognize my flash drives?

Thanks.

I would suggest disconnecting the battery and hopefully it will reset.

Hello FLGator75,

We regret to hear of this concern with your radio after reorganizing your flash drive. Since we are not certified technicians, we are unable to make speculations of its cause or provide repair plans. However, we would be more than happy to help bring this to the attention of your preferred dealership. If this is of interest to you, please send us a private message.

Kindly,

Steph B
