Broken sunroof
I have a 2011 Camaro LT, V6 with a broken sunroof. I removed the actual sunroof from the frame to inspect the levers and hardware. On the drivers side, I found several spots where the black plastic tabs/clips are broken.
Wondering if replacing the guide rails will fix it. I guess I'm just looking for confirmation that all the plastic clips ets are part of the guide rails and that I don't need the entire frame.

This is on my 2011 that my son now has. Not under warranty, sitting at 109,500 miles.

the guide assembly is $60. (see photo above). IF that is the correct part to fix. That's what I'm trying to confirm.
Yea, a dealer would charge upwards of $750 in labor to fix it. I'll do it myself once I confirm which piece is the replacement. It broke as the sunroof button was pushed when the sunroof was frozen shut.

I am not sure that rail alone would have all the parts you need. The frame kit (Around $300) mentions the clips.

Hmmm
Well Mr. Stacy I believe you are correct...
I contacted Maureen and provided the photos and spoke with her about what I was looking for. After several days, she said she coordinated with GM and the part "Guide Assembly 22819990" was the correct part. I then took the photo to a local dealer and asked them to check with their mechanics to ensure that this was the correct part before I ordered it. They also agreed it was the correct part. I ordered the part online. Paid around $69 for it. A week later, the parts arrived. They are two plastic pieces which look nothing like what I have shown in the photos. I'll take a pic and post the parts I received. I'm at a loss.
