My car is 38 miles away in Mesquite and I can't go get it! Hurry up and drop it off trucks! I can still drive for a week before I go on vacation!

i must have the slowest train in the world left Oshawa tue got to Toronto then left there on wed and got to Chatham left Chatham this morning bound for who knows where. I mean 3 days to go 210 miles this is the worst wait. I think its even worse then waiting for it to get built. at least then there was no car realy just the hope of one. besides dealer told me all his other cars came in about a week after the build date looks like mines going to be the execption which sucks cause i leave to go back to the desert on tue and was hoping to get a few miles on her before i left. guess that wont be the case now.

Mine showed in transit as of 9/7. After using Matt's automated tracking phone number, I found that it has only traveled 256 miles in 4 days. It's still on the border of Canada in Walkerville.

I'm ready to go hijack the train. Anyone want to drive the pursuit car for me?

TPW 8/31/09 Recieved yesterday today (Illinois, just outside St. Louis, Mo). The window sticker did not have the price increase, however, the online window sticker did have the price increase $500.00 increase. No price increase charged by the dealer as no price increase on the window sticker. No back up sensors. Would like to report that I have been out driving the car, but that thing called work keeps getting in the way. The rear view mirror adjustment mention in another thread greatly increases the ability to see out of the front window and that advice was greatly appreciated.

Still "Available to ship" for me. The person who my dealer spoke to said they were experiencing a 4 - 8 day hold time at the border.

Still unsure about this.

My invoice doesnt reflect the price increase either...its in Battlecreek, MI...how slow do these trains go anyway?

At least you are moving. Battlecreek is about an hour away from me via Amtrak.

The trains here usually go down into Chicago and then go from there.
Amtrak uses the same lines as the freight as we have frequently had to stop to let the freight trains by.

i'm stuck in Dearborn MI, however mine is via truck....only a few hours away from the dealer, hopefully it ships soon cuz i'm takin vacation to go up there and pick it up next week. Good luck to you guys
