Boost and power lost on Straightpiped Z help

I have had my '13 Zl1 Straightpiped with just catless mids and the fuse pulled for about a year now and didn't really notice at first but the other day I put my fuse back into my NPP exhaust and "hello welcome back"! Forgot about the neck snap and supercharger whine. Any ideas on how I can get the rest of it back and more? I was thinking of messing with pullys a bit to get some boost back and do some light tuning. I don't want to go ape with the tuning as I still have 2yrs warranty left. And I know LTs are what everyone is thinking and I am too but right now with my warranty if I have to bring the car into the dealer the catless mids come off in about 10min

Putting that fuse back will have nothing to do with boost level or bringing back power.

Nope. Negligible back pressure at part throttle which is the only time the flaps are closed.

My car also seems to loose a little low end "snap" when I set the flaps to open with my Dashlogic unit. If it's a placebo effect, then I'm also experiencing it.

Going fast + without loud = Feels faster, at least for me. For example, my new Cadillac CTS feels really fast for what it is (2.0T) but there's a big difference between it and my ZL1 or other performance cars that I have/drive,
If there was a difference, I really really doubt that you could tell the difference by the unreliable and easily variable seat-of-the-pants-o-meter.

So flaps are open at idle and then close under part throttle and open up again at around 3k?
As far as over drive pullys go though, I'd assume that would help open my sc up a little more.

Actually they open at about 2 lb of boost regardless of RPM. It's the Vettes that hold them closed until 3000 RPM.
