Shipping

Hi Everyone. So I just ordered something from Mishimoto last Friday. I got sent a order confirmation, but never received a tracking number from UPS. I choose 2nd Day Air btw. Is that normal not to get one? Thanks

No for some reason they dont sent tracking #'s. Go to their live chat feature and ask someone there to send you the tracking and theyll email you.

Ockid,

It seems Mishimoto is experiencing some technical difficulties. I ordered an exhaust
system on Aug 14th and after repeated phone calls regarding tracking number
canceled the order 10 days later. Interesting enough on Sept. 4th an email
arrives and the exhaust has shipped. I'm still in conversation with them
trying sort this out and my refund. The plus side is everyone at
Mishimoto are friendly to deal with.

I find calling them helps but emailing there service agents directly does pretty good sometimes as well.

Hey everyone,

I have some good news regarding the current predicament with recent Camaro part orders. Our IT team has resolved the technical difficulties we experienced all last week with warehouse internet connectivity. It took a great deal of effort and resources as our entire IT staff was required to address the problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience experienced on behalf of those now with open orders. We could not foresee the extent of the issue at the onset and resolving it took longer than expected.

We are back on track, though, and now processing the orders made during our warehouse internet blackout. If you are currently waiting for a tracking number on a recent order and do not receive one within the next 48 hours, then please contact us directly. We will be able to take a closer look into your order and find the best course of action moving forward.

Thank you for your patience and understanding on the matter. We take no pleasure in keeping upgrades out of the engine bays of our customer’s vehicles and are doing everything we can to get your orders delivered.

Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Have a great day!
