I wanted to update the thread. I have had my taillights since about Jan this year. They have been looking great and working flawlessly.

Sorry for the late reply, damn Irma. I have had no issues with the taillights. Just follow the instructions, be careful with the install, and only hand tighten the lights.

Just installed the series 6800. Lights didn't work and I can't figure out what i may have done incorrectly in setting it up. All connections are made. When i turn on the directional signal the directional signal in the car goes very fast but no lights work on the directional. Tried emailing and calling Todd but no answer or reply as of yet. Any thoughts?

Led's draw very little current, your flasher is designed to work with Lamps,(which draws a good amount of current) you need a resistor to gnd to draw more current for your flasher

Not having the bulbs polarity correct will cause these lights not to work correctly (ie. the connectors and bulb base each have a white mark that have to line up with each other in order for the lights to work correctly). Happened to me when I first installed them.

Reverse where the bulb plugs into the connector one bulb at a time per side and retest
each time after each reconnect until you get one side to work, then do the other side.
