Having to say goodbye to a dream

Last Friday (November 5th) I had the misfortune of being diagnosed with MS. By no means is this a pity party because I’m one of the lucky ones who was diagnosed very early, and my outlook is very positive (I’m only 30 years old). However, the cost for medication is going to make paying the payment difficult on my wife and I, so I’m afraid I’m going to have to say good bye to my car. I special ordered this car from Becky Doyle at Rodgers Chevrolet (thanks again Darth Emma for the referral), and I can honestly say it’s the only time I’ve actually enjoyed buying a car. I’m doing some research right now on seeing what I might get for my car, and I may even go by the local dealership to see if they will buy the Camaro from me (here’s to hoping I don’t get screwed too much on their offer). I have to say it’s been the most fun 5,000 miles I’ve ever put on a vehicle. This car simply makes me smile every time I turn the key, but family must come first. I hope ya’ll don’t mind if I stick around and chime in from time to time with thoughts on the Camaro. Who knows- maybe someday I’ll find my way into a Z28. Until then, I have enjoyed every minute in my Camaro, and have really enjoyed the threads I’ve been a part of on Camaro5. Without a doubt, Camaro5 is a class act Camaro Forum. Thank you to everybody for all the kindness you’ve shown to a redneck from Montana- I’ve really enjoyed the experience and the joy of being a member here on Camaro5!

Unfortunate to hear about that, but glad it's early and you've got a positive attitude as that is very important. You can always come back to one. Good luck, and don't forget to come back and bug us every now and then ;D

Very sorry to hear of your illness, and also having to sell your car.
You are correct when you say family comes first.
Take care of your self and hopefully some day you can get another Camaro....

Best wishes.......

Sorry to hear about your medical stuff and hope that it works out well for you considering you caught it early. If we had the cash, I'd get it from you, that color is awesome. My '07 Ram 1500 Hemi is very close in color.
