Hello. I found a dealer willing to sell their 2011 Pacecar, 6 speed manual, at supplier pricing.

Would the members of this site consider this fair and a good deal?

The car has 10 miles on it. The only drawback for me so far is that they mounted the front tag bracket.

They had that car on ebay and could not sell it because of the front plate bracket installed, only you can make that call. I would never buy a car with the front plate bracket installed, I live in IL and drive to neighboring states to pick up cars that I cant order. This will be your only chance to buy a new pace car with a manual trans new from a dealer, you can't order theses cars and I doubt you will find another close to you, or one at all. Buy it and have a new bumper installed and enjoy it, as long as you pay less then sticker you did O.K

Try and work out a lower deal on a replacement bumper. Let them know they reallly screwed up on doing that and make it the sticking point. If they go down to their cost on the bumper and paint (+labor) take it.
