Ok I'm kind of new to the speed shop experience. I'm used to doing my own work. Retired military over 50 years old ect,ect.
I'm doing bussiness with a well know shop on the board.
Its a 2010 SS nothing crazy just cai, headers ,catback and tune. Called them a month ago. Was told no problem its a small job we can get you in and out in a day. Sounded great they wanted 2700.00 up front for parts and rest upon completion. Well I payed the money they have the parts and I still don 't have a install date. I'm getting the my tec. is sick ,they sent the wrong parts everything but a install date.
What would you do?

Well, if the shop did not deliver on their promise and you have contacted them with no solution found, then I would out their A$$ right here and now. You'll see how quickly that lights a fire under their A$$.

Its a shame to have to do it. I've sent them another email today. I waiting on a reply. Its a small job 3500.00 or so. The last email I got was the large IDK for a response. I guess that means I DON"T KNOW.
