Should I buy from a dealer or private party
Im thinking about buying a camaro and I only want to spend 5000. Im going to probably buy it in cash so hopefully I can get a good deal. My question is should I go to a dealer or private party since its probably going to have a lot of mile on the car anyway? Im not sure if I want a z28 or v6 yet since im going to get a 5th gen in a year or two. Thanks in advance

If you want to save some money, I'd recommend buying private party. It takes longer to find a nice one (took me two months), but it pays off in the end.
If you want it quick and don't mind paying a little more, there's always dealer. It'll even be inspected and more than likely up to date on fluids and whatnot. If you plan on getting a 5th gen, a V6 would be more up your alley in terms of money. The 200hp 3.8L offers quite a bit of pep for a 6-cylinder, and you'll save in gas and insurance.
