Nitrous with injen CAI question
So I'm about to buy a zex nitrous kit for my v6 2010 camaro I have seen alot of install videos but have not seen any pics or videos of a nitrous system set up on the injen CAI main question is how do you mount the spary nozzle on a soft rubber hose without it moving or falling out?
Here is a pic of the intake installed can you install the nozzle on the rubber hose? |

Are you asking how to mount it to the elbow that connects to the throttle body? What does the zex nozzle look like, i'm assuming it is threaded? You could get a plastic nut of the right size, tap the elbow and epoxy it in place. . . I'm in Boulder, if you end up needing some help.

As stated above, your zex kit should come with a two piece plastic nut. Screw the nozzle into the plastic piece going into the cai and use the other nut as a check nut to keep it from moving.

^^ yep. They're really a pretty simple install. Once you have the kit it will make a lot more sense to ya. Like I said, if you get real confused, send me PM, I'm only a half hour away and I work for beer.

lol, when you said boulder, I was thinking Boulder City, NV. which is about 30 minutes away from Las Vegas. lol but I realized that you probably mean Boulder, CO.

Install seems really easy just was not sure by putting a nut inside would be safe or not don't want it coming lose and getting sucked into the engine but if that's how it's installed sounds super easy tha is for the info!

The nut will be threaded to the nozzle, so it shouldn't be able to come off.

So I got the kit just wondering what are the best spark plugs for running nitrous? Zex plugs?
