I'm still out of town, so sorry I couldn't get a you deal name, but it looks like you've found your own.

I just got to play catch up on the story and I'm happy to hear you went with the decision you did. No matter what incentives Competition throws your way, I would recommend never going near that place again. I would also suggest looking up the Better business bureau and registering a complaint (or two... maybe 3).

Glad it all worked out for you Kitty, with any luck that crappy STEALERSHIP could be on the chopping block next.
Today now more than ever the customer service needs to be there, other wise there are a bunch of others that will try to work above and beyond to get your business.

On a side note, it would still be great if we could get the Camaro 5 alberta division to roll in there as a pack and let both the sales manager and the service manage know that we will all be putting the word out on their less than impressive service to all we know.

i couldn't attach pics to the survey and it was amazing how little space i had to write out my complaint

but i'm pretty sure i got the point across

and yes i would still love to do a cruise out to that dealership to show them how much business they lost because of what they did to my car. after my car is all fixed up of course
