Just too much lead in foot... Humbling but fun
HAHAHA, I remember the first day I raced, I was coming around the turns sideways and screeching the tires a lot. One of the old timers suggested to try to just slow down and drive smoothly. I cut seven seconds off my next lap.

Yep. Still a blast to race. It's about patience. Looks slow, but may be the fastest lap since it's smooth. I've did some very entertaining spinouts for the club. Kept the cone killer fund to a minimum.

Just got the car back together and tuned. Been crazy trying to find a intake/exhaust leak throwing off LTFT at idle. Just made it in time for the season opener.

Hey, anyone have a Heritage grill for sale on Oahu? Long shot but figure I'd try here first.

I have these same lights. Quality product, pretty easy install, and SO much brighter than stock....my backup camera looks like daylight with these. Also $100 is half price iirc.
I'm curious why you're selling them?

I got them under the original pre-order. Worked great until one day, one side went out. Pulled the bumper and it was a loose contact at the connector. I just said screw it afterwards and it has been sitting in the house since. I went through so much bullshit with AAC with my original P13W DRL and many replacements back in 2010, I don't want to deal with AAC anymore. That was their last chance in my book, even though is was just a loose contact. I paid for so many returns and kept asking questions about some technical observations and they were typical sales responses. In the end, poor design, Q&C, and customer service issues ended all future business with them.

At $100, someone can get a good light or mod them and get a better light.

I have noticed AAC hasn't posted much on these forums lately. Nobody seems to like them anymore. I personally am also done giving them my $$ again.

Failed recon with coil-over

No suspension travel in the front pushing down on the corner radiator brace. Fail. Rear moves a little. Pass.

I may need to find some super soft spring rates for my Pedders XAs or go back to stock.

Good luck to all the lowered cars.

Parts for sale

Anyone interested in a V8 vararam no tune intake or JDP colorchanging halo kit? Both are brand new in box. Also, a pair of used JBA HFC midpipes #1812syc in great condition. PM me.

Any other members in Hawaii?

Wish I could help, but I've decided to just read up on how to DIY a cam. I want to be able to say I've done everything on my car anyway.
If you want to talk to someone, there's Chad at premier in kapolei. It's an import shop, but he's done work on domestics too, and he did my roommate's cam on an R32.

Talk to turboj in the post above you. He has a connection for all sorts of builds.

If you're still looking to find a place to do cam installations, hit up BSM Perfomance in Honolulu. They've been in the business for years now, heard they're awesome.
