I need better seats in our Camaro ASAP, What have you guys done or suggest?

I cant take sliding in the OEM seats anymore there is no bolstering to hold me in when i drive and corner hard and its now pushed me to the limit of changing them.

i want a reclining/folding seat like a Sparco Milano or Recarro CS Sporters but want to retain the power up and down and front and back for the drivers seat if possible.

i know there is a sponsor who sells conversions with fixed back seats and harness but I do not want to go this route. I want to be comfortable yet supported when i take a turn.

Does anyone know if Corvette C6 seats directly bolt in to the Camaro floor? Just another option I considered if it was at all possible

Have you tried Angel Wings? I know a lot of auto-x guys use them. They're supposed to be night and day over the stock seats.

I am a big guy and the seats seem to keep way too well planted, to the point I have a problem getting out of them. I expect this of a sports car, but I guess all people are different.

Yeah I def want to do new seats but I just dont want to add a roll bar and harness since I am not tracking this car.

I am thinking of the Sparco Milano or Road Force or even the Recarro Sportster CS.

I need to get in touch with some racers somehow this week to ask how they installed their race seats.

Our car pulls some serious G's the way its set up and all i do is slide around its awful.

These are the seats I want for my vette. They are pricey but very nice. They could probably make it fit the camaros.

They are made by a company called Carravagio. http://www.caravaggiocorvettes.com/#
They do custom works. They may do a seat for camaros since each seat can be custom made.

I really hate to say this, but I like my Camaro 1LT cloth seats more than the seats in my Corvette GS. I'm talking comfort here, not racing or auto-whatever. For the cruise, Camaro cloth....
