For those who said it can't be done.

I got a ported box 5.4 cubes not including Port with 2 jl audio 13 w3.
The box was a bitch to get to fit but its in.

Is the interior sealed from the trunk? Are you only getting sound from the ports in the rear deck?

Congrats looks very nice. I was just about to do this set up. But I decided to go with w6's.

Looks very clean. Post pics up when finished.

Yes pretty much the subs are sealed in the trunk with ports going via the rear deck, but bass is mostly all non directional so it will be loud, only thing that I am worried about is the trunk rattle, I know that chevy actually made a pretty good stable trunk lid I just hope it dont rattle.

And for the rest of you yes it will go loud, but no louder then the reset of the car, having set of 8" and 6.5" components in the doors and 6.5" coax in the side rear, entire system is on 2000 watts. So we will see lol
