And with that lap time... this car has officially out priced most of us on this forum. I had high hopes for it to be btwn $40-48k. I felt that was REASONABLE and would make it easier for me to say bye bye to 2010 1SS but now..... I'm guessing $60k

If it exceeds that, I'd go back to my original plan of buying a used Dodge Viper. There are PLENTY out there that you can get 2nd hand in good condition between $28-48k easy.

I don't promote Dodge like that but I'm just saying. I'd prefer to stay in Chevy family and in Camaro family and get a hold of this car.

The only sad part is its too bad the dealers will be MARKING THE HELL out of this car where nobody will be able to get it from a dealer. It'll be $48 MSRP but dealer won't let it go for anything less than $60k....

Just about everyone in year one bought a car that was marked up like crazy. The best I could do was a $3000 mark up for alleged "market adjustment"

Someday I hope I could run for a strong gov't position to put an end to that nonsense.

Unforunately with all of the tech and the fact that the Camaro is usually a couple of grand over what the Mustake sells for I can see it being more than that.... But Im a nobody so I really have no idea
