Ashes of cigarettes on the white stripes
Some douche was smoking next to my beautiful car and ash fell on the white stripe on the trunk. Today I took her to the car wash, but there was a small yellow spot. How to paint over it? Or can i do anything else?

Ouch... if the ash was still hot its possible it may not be able to be fixed b/c the vinyl will have been damaged.

Same problem happened to me twice. The first time my uncle was admiring the car a few weeks after we got it and some ashes from his cigarette fell on the hood but i noticed it instantly an blew it off before any damage was caused but the second time i was not as lucky. I was out at dinner and i came out i saw some ashes on the trunk i blew it off and there was a black spot that would not come out so I used some touch up paint and you cant even tell its there. I went to my local autoshop and got it for like $5

I would be yelling like Yosimitie Sam!
Doooooooooooooooohhhhh! You may be able to use a fine abrasive like tooth paste to make it less noticable. Try Topol, or some other whitening paste. Alternetly, you could try more cigarette ash with water. It is a very fine abrasive. If that doesn't work, try 'rotten stone'. It is used to take water marks off wood furniture. I doubt you will get it to be like new, but it should make it much less noticeable.
